2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and dg52 reserves the right to close all accounts found to be in violation of this rule without any compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. dg52 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Dg52 users are responsible for ensuring that all activity within their accounts complies with these terms, as well as applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the functionality of the dg52 platform
- Sharing your account or login credentials with another party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
- Spreading misleading, threatening, or unlawful content
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and dg52 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dg52 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet (TNG), FPX, and supported local Malaysian banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. dg52 reserves the right to request proof of bank account or payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest details in their account before making any transaction. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification.
Dg52 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Should a transaction issue arise, users may contact our support team for assistance.

Intellectual Property
All content on the dg52 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations, is the exclusive property of dg52 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from dg52.

The dg52 platform may contain links to third-party websites that are outside our control. These links are provided for user convenience only, and dg52 accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. 6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Dg52 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, or if there is activity that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or platform abuse. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, subject to an investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the dg52 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the required identity verification.
Changes to Terms
Dg52 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-platform notifications. The last updated date at the top of this document reflects when these terms were most recently revised.
